2026年世界杯官网附属东方医院,微创介入治疗中心,副研究员,硕士生导师。聚焦肝癌类器官模型开发与应用,肝癌分子靶标挖掘,系统开展肝癌异质性和精准治疗策略研究,率先建立肝癌类器官模型并进行多维组学分析,提出靶向免疫逃逸的新型协同治疗策略,揭示染色质重塑检查点在肝细胞命运调控中的作用机制,完成多项非酒精性脂肪型肝炎药物研发和临床注册申报。相关研究工作发表在Nature、Cell、Cancer Cell, Science Translational Medicine、Cell Research、Cancer Discovery等杂志。获上海市东方英才(青年),浦东新区卫生优秀青年人才(A类),主持国自然面上和青年基金项目、上海市科委原创探索项目,以及博士后创新研究基金,参与多项国家省部级重点项目。
